The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where the User resides.

This Privacy policy and the relationship between the User and the Website administration are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, the country where the Operator is established, without prejudice to the mandatory data protection and consumer protection rules of the User’s country of residence, which continue to apply where they afford the User greater protection.
