Frequently asked questions
Can we try it before buying?
Yes. Demo access for 14 days opens the full feature set, with limits on the number of projects, users, legal entities and storage. No contract is needed for that.
What happens after the demo period?
Access is blocked, but the data is kept for 30 days so you can move to a paid plan without losing anything. Everything transfers automatically on upgrade.
How do we pay?
Online through a payment agent by card or electronic money, or by invoice for legal entities. With an invoice, access is activated once the payment is confirmed, usually within three working days.
What counts as a licence?
A licence is the right for one specialist to use the service for the paid period. A single account still works across several projects and legal entities.
Can we change plan?
Yes, the plan is changed in your personal account. A change in price does not affect a subscription period that is already paid for and running.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Once the paid licence ends, the data is kept in read-only mode for 90 days. You can export your data in a machine-readable format at any time.
