Minimum software requirements

Mobile app

For the app to work correctly on a smartphone or tablet, the operating system must meet the following requirements:

  • iOS (iPhone/iPad): version 13.0 or newer (iPhone 6s and later models are suitable).
  • Android: version 8.0 (Oreo) or newer (devices from roughly 2017–2018 onwards).
  • RAM: 2 GB or more recommended; 4 GB is preferable for stable operation.

Web version

To sign in through a browser on a desktop or laptop, the requirements depend on the platform used:

  • Browsers: current versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Edge or Yandex Browser. Older versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.
  • Hardware: a stable internet connection and a modern processor with support for WebGL and hardware acceleration.
